About the Role:

Do you want to earn a minimum of £14.39 per hour? We’re looking for an Engineering Administrator to join our Engineering team at our Caistor site in North Lincolnshire.

About the role:

As the Administrator you’ll be helping to ensure the smooth and efficient running of a busy engineering department by co-ordinating the planned maintenance schedule, updating and validating documentation and ensuring audit readiness. 

  • Co-ordinating and maintaining the planned maintenance system.
  • Raising and progressing of purchase orders including goods receipting.
  • Assisting with an internal audit plan.
  • Updating and maintaining engineering and H&S documentation.
  • Providing cover for Machine Minder duties, i.e tool maintenance and blade checking, when needed.

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • Strong communication skills with colleagues of all levels.
  • Attention to detail and a flexible attitude to tasks.
  • A good level of maths and English.
  • An understanding of Microsoft Office, including Excel, to an intermediate level.
  • Previous experience in an Engineering Administration role would be beneficial.
