‘I have been working for Avara for 4 years, I started as an Apprentice in the warehouse and have since had a variety of different roles; as an Operator, Training MHE Instructor and covering Shift Manager. The thing I enjoy most about working at Avara is that I am able to learn different skills and methods to complete the jobs given to me, whilst at the same time meeting new people with a variety of different backgrounds and nationalities’.
