We are looking for a highly competent and motivated Data Administrator to join a busy Master Data Team of 5.

Working hours will be - Monday to Friday 08.30 – 17.00

What will you be doing as a Data Administrator at Avara?

As a Data Administrator you will provide a vital role to the business by maintaining the master used within our critical ERP & Operational Systems. You will be supporting the Data Specialists in the team engaging with multiple departments such as Planning, Operations, New Product Development, Compliance, Customer Support, Despatch etc to keep data up to date and accurate.

What will your key responsibilities as a Data Administrator include?

  • Maintain the master data contained within ERP and other Manufacturing Systems.
  • Ensure data input maintains accuracy, completeness, consistency, and validity of master data.
  • Manage requests, ensuring all relevant approvals are received, tracking progress and ensuring master data governance procedures are met.
  • Maintain data quality standards and policies.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations and industry standards.
  • Perform regular data checks.
  • Support with ERP Quarterly Release Testing on product and item set up as and when required.
  • Creation of SDP Tickets (Support Dest Portal) to maintain record of all requests processed, actions and tasks undertaken.
  • Provide support to Data Team members day to day as and when required.

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Products ie. Excel/Word
  • Previous experience of data entry
  • Previous experience of working in a busy environment and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organisational skills, task prioritisation, methodical approach and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal with good customer service approach and skills.
  • Ability to build working relationships with other work streams across the entire business.
  • Previous experience of working with an ERP system (ie; Oracle, SAP) – desirable
