About the Role
Reporting to the Transport & Planning Lead, this role is key to ensuring our transport operation runs efficiently, remains compliant with VOSA standards, and is always audit-ready. You’ll handle a wide range of administrative duties focused on driver and vehicle compliance, data accuracy, and seamless coordination with both internal teams and external suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all administrative tasks related to transport, drivers, and vehicles

Monitor driver tachograph data, report infringements, and support corrective action where required

Maintain accurate and up-to-date compliance records, including WTD logs and defect reports

Input and adjust driver hours in internal systems (TMS and staff planners)

Carry out driver licence checks and manage digital downloads of vehicle data

Liaise with service providers for vehicle servicing and repairs

Collate and report transport KPIs and data to support internal reporting
What We’re Looking For
Essential:

Experience in transport administration or a similar role

Good understanding of Transport Law & Regulations

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internal systems

Excellent organisational and communication skills

Ability to build strong working relationships across teams
