About the Role:

HR Shared Service Administrator – 12 Months Fixed Term Contract

As an HR Shared Service Administrator you will be responsible for all aspects of the employees lifecycle. This is the perfect opportunity for anyone looking to start their career in HR. 

Purpose of the role

As a member of the HR Shared Services Team you’ll help provide comprehensive and administrative support to the Brackley site. This is a very fast paced role which requires attention to detail and forward thinking in order to prioritise workload and work effectively to achieve business needs. 

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Data entry tasks and maintenance of employee records
- Being a point of contact for employees to support payroll and benefit queries
- Managing new starter packs and creating employee contracts 
- Sending reference requests and letter writing
- Raising purchase orders for the site as required  
- Adhering to our strict service level agreements

What we are looking for:

- IT literate and up to date experience and confident in usage of Microsoft Office including mail merge 
- Experience of working within a manufacturing or fast paced team in an administrative role
- Effective organisational skills and time management 
- Methodical with an attention to detail whilst working at pace
- Ability to build effective relationships with internal and external contacts
