Administration Lead
Location: Tram Mill (with occasional travel to Banbury and Westbury)
Salary: Up to £37,000 per annum

As an inclusive and forward-thinking organisation, Avara Foods is seeking an Administration Lead to join our Mills BU operations team. Reporting to the Mills General Manager and working closely with the Mills Finance Team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of day-to-day milling operations.

Purpose of the Role
The Administration Lead will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating administrative processes across the Mills, ensuring accurate and timely transactions, supporting financial processes, and improving efficiency across systems and procedures.
