As an inclusive, forward-thinking business, we take pride in our approach to Feed Manufacturing across Avara Foods and are looking for a highly competent and motivated Finish Feed Coordinator to join our Finish Feed Team, based at our Feedmill in Hereford.
Salary: £28,000 per year
Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:30
This role would suit an experienced administrator used to working in a fast-paced environment with an excellent level of accuracy.
As a Finish Feed Coordinator, you will effectively process, plan and administer farm feed orders, working closely with various departments within Avara Foods, as well as external customers and suppliers.
Receiving and administering farm feed orders
Processing orders through our in-house system
Working in partnership with the Feed Mill Planning Coordinator
Acting as a liaison with farming partners on all aspects of feed orders
Working closely with the weighbridge team for dispatching feed orders to farms
Creating and distributing the daily Feed Mill Delivery Schedule
Intermediate IT skills with good knowledge of Excel
Previous experience in an administrative role
Strong organisational skills, including time management and prioritisation
Numerate and analytical with a high level of attention to detail
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Planning experience (desirable)
