About the Role:
Are you an experienced Office Administrator looking for a new challenge in a dynamic and supportive environment? Do you enjoy keeping things organised, managing processes, and being the go-to person for getting things done?
Avara Foods is a forward-thinking, inclusive business that’s invested heavily in its IT systems—and now we’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to join our growing Technology Team at our Brackley Campus. This is an office-based role where you’ll play a vital part in supporting the team’s day-to-day operations.
Working hours are Monday – Friday 09:00 – 13.00 (20hrs a week)
What will you be doing as a Technology Administrator at Avara?
As a Technology Administrator, you will primarily manage the Asset lifecycle from Procurement through to Disposal across Avara's 15+ UK sites that are used by 2000 users. Assets include Laptops, Mobiles, Support Contracts, Software Licences, etc.
Working closely with the Technology teams, you will process around 90 procurement requests per month and look after 100+ annual contract renewals.
Full training will be provided for the various software applications and skills required.
