As an inclusive forward thinking business, we take pride in our approach to HR across Avara Foods and are looking for a highly competent and motivated HR Advisor to join our HR team based in Caistor, North Lincolnshire.
What will you be doing as a HR Advisor at Avara?
Under the guidance of the HR Manager in Derbyshire, the HR Advisor works as a key member within the Caistor site team, to ensure all the people elements of the colleague lifecycle are professionally delivered and compliant with legal and company policy, whilst supporting operational effectiveness.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 08:00 – 17:00.
