About the Role:

Do you want to earn a minimum of £15.09 per hour? We’re looking for a Team Leader to join our Despatch team at our Hollybank site in Scropton, Near Hatton.

About the role:

 As a Process Leader in Despatch you will support the Despatch Section Manager in managing the outloading process and despatch staff in order to meet the departments KPIs.  

Some of the key responsibilities will include: 

  • Supporting the on-going training for all staff in your team including new starters to the department.
  • Ensuring product is correctly rotated and despatch to agreed order specifications.
  • Regularly reporting KPI data and transport service levels.
  • Conducting daily and weekly stock takes.
  • Use MHE equipment when required to ensure orders are picked and despatched as expected.

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • Good level of English and basic numeracy skills
  • Previous experience leading and motivating a team.
  • The ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively
  • Good attention to detail and a flexible attitude to tasks
  • Experience within a production/manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
