About the role:

As a Machine Minder you’ll be undertaking machine interventions and first line trouble shooting to ensure machinery is running smoothly.

You’ll be working in a fast-paced, dynamic FMCG factory environment which is noisy and refrigerated in some areas, manufacturing short shelf life products where hygiene standards are critical.

Performing start up and close down procedures.
Minimising downtime of equipment through the correct start up and change over of lines.
Reporting live data to Engineering and Production teams.
Helping identify and implementing workplace improvements.
Monitoring and maintaining stock levels.
Carrying out Production Operative duties when required to keep the line running efficiently.

What you’ll need to be successful:

A good understanding of English and numeracy skills.
The ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively.
Good attention to detail and a flexible attitude to tasks.
Experience within a production environment is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
