About the Role:

Do you want to earn a minimum of £15.24 per hour? We’re looking for a Process Leader to join our team at our site in Caistor, North Lincolnshire.

About the role:

 

As Process Leader you’ll oversee retail and de-boning production, supporting Section Managers in a fast-paced, dynamic FMCG factory environment which is noisy and refrigerated in some areas, manufacturing short shelf life products where hygiene standards are critical.

  • Supporting the on-going training for all staff in your teams including new starters and agency staff.
  • Ensuring products are correctly produced, processed and packaged.
  • Regularly reporting KPI data.
  • Escalating issues or potential issues to management in a timely manner.
  • Conducting product checks to ensure safe, hygienic and quality products.
  • Minimising downtime of equipment by checking proper set up and changeover processes are followed.

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • Good level of English and basic numeracy skills
  • The ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively 
  • Good attention to detail and a flexible attitude to tasks
  • Experience within a production/manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
