About the role:
As a Process Leader you’ll be working in a fast-paced, dynamic FMCG factory environment which is noisy and refrigerated in some areas, manufacturing short shelf life products where hygiene standards are critical.
To liaise with production to ensure that all cleaning schedules and standards are achieved and maintained, timely completion of all cleaning records and documentation. Undertake daily and weekly deep cleaning of plant and facilities.To supervise and manage the hygiene staff and maintain ongoing staff training. To promote a team working environment within the hygiene department across all shift working patterns.

Benefits
£14.60 per hour (paid weekly),
Shift allowance of £2.00 (for hours worked between 18:00 and 06:00)
