About the Role:


Are you an experienced Administrator looking for a new challenge? Would you like to learn more about planning? We are looking for Planning Administrator to join our planning team based at our Hereford site. 

We are a leading supplier of Poultry products into an impressive range of customers in the UK retail and food service sectors. With ambitious plans for the future, there hasn’t been a more exciting time to join us.

The hours of work are Monday - Friday, 07.30hrs - 16.00hrs. 

Purpose of the role:

The Planning Administrator will provide administration support to the planning team, including answering the phone, responding to internal and external customers and ensuring that all information is sent out in a timely manner. 

Reporting into the Planning Manager, the Planning Administrator will update the key systems and reconcile daily information received from production.  

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Updating and reconciling planning spreadsheets.
  • Updating spreadsheets with order amendments.
  • Working with transport on internal movements.
  • Keeping BOM data up to date.

What we are looking for:

  • GCSE’s (or equivalent) in Maths and English 
  • Intermediate Computer skills with the ability to pick up new systems quickly. 
  • Proven experience of using Microsoft packages, specifically Excel & Word. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Numerate and analytical with a good eye for detail.
