Purpose of the role
Reporting to the Hygiene Process Leader and the Hygiene Technical operative to effectively undertake cleaning of food production equipment to required standards.

Key responsibilities will include: 
•Carry out thorough cleaning of production areas, lines and equipment (including hygiene equipment) on a nightly basis to strict standards.
•Cleaning of offices and amenities where applicable.
•Record completed cleaning tasks on daily task sheets.
•Adhere to health and safety requirements at all times.
•To ensure PPE is used correctly and maintained in good condition.

What we are looking for:
•Good level of English and basic numeracy skills
•The ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively 
•Good attention to detail and a flexible attitude to tasks
•Experience of working within a FMCG environment.
•Experience of poultry processing industry
•Knowledge of Health & Safety requirements.
•Knowledge of COSHH.

Working Hours: Nights (Hours to be confirmed, will include weekends)
